Garment must be in original quality as we shipped to you, without washed or altered. All tags and labels must be on garment without damages to quality, no return for inner garments and socks. Sales tax invoice must attached for return (if you already have applied for tax invoice), original confirmation for shipping receipt.

  1. Return for exchange is based on stock available for size exchange, not for color.
  2. Each purchase order is accepted for one time size exchange. Applicable to multiple items on a purchase order for size exchange, however separate exchange is not acceptable. No refund will be issued after exchange.
  3. Buyer pays for return shipping. We will issue full refund upon verifying order return and statues.

Note: Always contact our customer service for quality issue and return/exchange request. Once you are given for return code please send back within 48 hours for exchange or refund. Full refund will be issued 3 working days back to your online account followed by email confirmation.
