1:How long does it take for delivery? How do we contact you after payment is made? 

Average 5-7 days for delivery. When a purchase is created, it requires 3 – 4 days for order preparation before logistic service, lead time may vary according to local weather & traffic condition. Another 2-3 days may need for account verification. Should a style or product run out of stock during the time, an order message will be sent to you for solution.

 

2:Will you take backorder for shortage of style/product?

It is possible to show shortage of merchandise on Gindy Laura website due to seasonal sales and production condition because fashion is for labor intensive yet skillful time consuming operation, our fashions are made by professional sewers on limited base, once a style is sold out, we may not able to repeat order. Gindy Laura appears to be an unique and one of kind fashion, please follow us for new development.

 

3:Can I change an order after confirmation?

Order modification is not permitted once is filed- neither before/after payment. Should you want to cancel an order before it dispatches, please go to "My Account" "Order Status" to withdraw a purchase.

 

4:Where is Gindy Laura shops in Shanghai?

5:Can I return an order if it was a problem with quality? 

Definitely, we honor return policy for defected workmanship if any, please contact customer service for return authorization within 7 days after receiving an order. We will manage your return/refund.

  

6:Oversea purchase (outside China) available for return? 

Within 5 days of collection, all tags on garment must be in place w/o damage, buyer pays for return shipping. Please refer to our spec for size measurements.

 

7:Import duty on order?? 

Buyer is responsible for paying their local custom duty.
